I recently purchased a house that had no downspout drains. I contacted Aquaproof and got a free estimate to get recommendations and fix any drainage problems that the home may have. There was some evidence of water damage in the sun room behind my basement. I was told of the amount of water that collects on the roof and ends up around the foundation of the home and that damage it could cause over long periods of exposure. It was suggested that I have drainage ran for my downspouts. I wanted to protect my recent investment and agreed to have the work done. A crew of workers came to my home and began working on the job. I was very pleased that the workers took extra care in the flower garden. They pulled back the mulch and moved flowers. I was also very happy that they did not have to tear up my sidewalk in front of my home. They were able to dig under it and run the drainage pipe. All of my downspouts were connecter to drainage and ran to the back of the house in a proper place .

All of my downspouts were connecter to drainage and ran to the back of the house in a proper place for the water to flow. This place was pre-determined by the natural flow to the land to prevent water collection. At the end of the job the workers made the dirt the same level it was when they arrived and seeded and placed straw over the seed. I was very happy that when the job was completed that the worker cleaned up the yard and any mess that was made by working that day. Now when it rains I do not worry that water from the roof will get into the basement. I look out back and see the water flow away from my home. Thank you Aquaproof for helping me fix my drainage problmes, James
