We had a terrible basement flood at the end of last winter, due to the melting snow and cracks in our foundation. Aquaproof came to the rescue, doing a tremendous job repairing our home, and I'm happy to say this year's snow and rain have had no effects-- the basement is staying warm and dry.
From the beginning Aquaproof's representative was prompt and professional in coming out to evaluate the damage and give us a quote. He had a good sense of humor to put us at ease-- told us exactly what was needed, how the company would accomplish it and how much it would cost. We had one other bid at a similar cost, and chose to go with Aquaproof because of the method used and their shorter timeline. They brought a large team of workers, digging around the entire front and one side of our house, repairing the cracks, installing a drain to the backyard, rerouting downspouts and replacing/seeding the ground. This was all finished in one long day, and they were very courteous and professional, including cleanup and hauling away debris.
