I want to thank you for your recent efforts to repair the drainage system in my house. I really appreciated your integrity in resolving the problems leading to our basement leaks with minimum cost and disruption. You and your team worked diligently to find the source of our problems and quickly proposed fixes that solved the problem. Other contractors may have proposed much more complicated and costly repairs which would have been unnecessary.

You and your team were responsive (even coming out to the house on a rainy Sunday afternoon) and courteous. In addition, all work was done with minimal disturbance to our landscaping. I also appreciated your follow up after recent rains to make sure everything is still dry. I get the feeling that you are as concerned about my basement as I am!
